Why do we agree on the right thing and then not do it? Why do we stay stuck?

Thing is, we're standing inside a story we didn't choose and can't see. The work is to unlearn it, reimagine, and forge our own path. That's what this school teaches. I call it Story Leadership – perceive the story you're standing in, and work with it instead of against it.

I'm Serena Hatfield.
I've got a black belt in innovation management, I was voted most trusted teacher by the kids at an alternative school in Berlin, and I co-founded a publishing house that put ten books into the world. My career is a game of Twister with one red line running through it: change.
For years, companies paid me well for a version of this: helping people see the story they were standing in. I'm exhausted by a world where that kind of help is either given away for free until it's unsustainable, or locked behind a price most people can't pay. Both of those are the same story: that change is complicated and needs a budget.
So I fixed this: 1€. Monday mornings. Because that story is the first one we're changing. You don't feel ready? That's kind of the whole point. Nobody feels ready. It's the outside world that taught you to wait, and the waiting is the thing keeping you still. Time to move inwards.

how to get unstuck
Here's how it works: you book ninety minutes, you tell me where you're stuck, and we find the story you've been standing in without seeing it. You don't need a plan. You need an eraser. That's how you get to your actual starting point.
Accessible for all radical hope club members (€1/month). Your membership funds the next person's seat. Bananas is the strategy.
